Inviting & Managing Team Members

Collaborate seamlessly by adding your team to Digibate

Working with a team? Digibate makes it easy to invite team members, assign roles, and manage access — so you can create, plan, and publish together from one shared space.

Here’s how to invite and manage team members step by step 👇

1. 🧭 Go to the Team Section

In the sidebar menu, scroll down to the Account section and click Team.
Here you’ll see a list of all current team members, their roles, and the status of their invitations.

2. ➕ Click “Add New”

On the top right of the Team page, click Add new to open the invitation form.

3. 📝 Fill Out the Team Member Details

Enter the following information in the pop-up form:

  • Name → The team member’s full name
  • E-mail → The email address where their invitation will be sent
  • Role → Choose their access level (e.g. Editor, Admin, etc.)

When you’re done, click Save to send the invitation.

4. ✅ Invitation Sent

After saving, a success message will confirm that the team member was added.
They’ll appear in the list with their Name, Email, Role, and Invitation Status. Invitations remain marked as Pending until accepted by the team member.

5. ✏️ Manage Existing Team Members

From the team list, you can:

  • 🖊 Edit → Update a member’s name, email, or role
  • 🗑 Remove → Delete a team member if they should no longer have access

Any changes take effect immediately.

🌟 Tips for Team Collaboration

  • 👥 Invite key collaborators early so they can help create and schedule content.
  • 📝 Use roles strategically — for example, keep Admin permissions for core decision-makers, while giving Editors content creation access.
  • 🚀 Teams can work together on posts, campaigns, and scheduling directly inside Digibate.
