Get started with Digibate in just a few steps 🚀

Before you dive into campaigns and creative content, follow this quick setup checklist to get everything running smoothly. In just a few steps, you’ll have content generating, scheduling, and even automating on its own. These steps are all optional but we recommend following the steps in order to get the most out of your Digibate account 👇

1. 🧠 Create Your Brand Profile

The first step is to let Digibate scan your company and build your brand profile automatically. This helps us understand your tone, products, and visuals so we can generate on-brand content from day one.

You can scan your company using:

  • 🌐 Your website URL
  • 📲 Instagram account (recommended if you’re most active there)
  • 👍 Facebook Page

👉 This saves you time and ensures your generated content instantly matches your brand’s style and messaging.

💡 You can always adjust or add information later under the ‘Brand Information’ tab in the dashboard menu.

2. 🔗 Connect Your Social Media Accounts

To publish directly from Digibate, connect your social channels:

  • 📲 Instagram
  • 👍 Facebook
  • 🐦 Twitter (X)
  • 💼 LinkedIn

This allows Digibate to:

  • ✅ Post your content automatically at scheduled times
  • 🧠 Generate platform-specific captions and visuals
  • 🗓 Keep everything organized in one central content calendar

👉 The more platforms you connect, the more powerful Digibate becomes and the more on-brand your content will become.

3. 🛍 Upload Your First Product (If You Sell Physical Products)

If you sell physical products, upload one to unlock Digibate’s AI Photoshoot and content tools:

  • 🔗 Paste the product URL or upload details manually
  • 🖼 Let Digibate generate product visuals in different styles and settings
  • 🧠 Pull key product info automatically to use in captions and campaigns
  • 📦 Once uploaded, your product is stored in your product catalogue for easy future use

💡 Even uploading one product gives you a fast, automated way to generate professional content instantly.

4. ✍️ Generate Your First Piece of Content

Now it’s time to create your first post 🎉

  • 📝 Choose the platforms you want to post on
  • ✍️ Enter a short prompt describing the message (e.g. “Announce our new summer collection in a playful tone”)
  • 🧠 Select your content style → promotional, educational, entertaining, FAQ, etc.
  • 📸 Choose your media → generate AI images, use stock photos, upload your own, or pick from your library
  • ✨ Watch Digibate generate ready-to-post captions and visuals in seconds

💡 The more specific your prompt, the better the results 👌

5. 🗓 Schedule Your First Posts

Once your content looks great, it’s time to schedule ✅

  • 📅 Pick your preferred posting dates and times
  • 🔔 Schedule across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • 📲 Digibate will publish automatically (or save it to your calendar if your account isn’t connected yet)
  • 👀 You can always edit or reschedule later

👉 All scheduled content is visible in your Content Calendar, giving you a full overview of upcoming posts.

6. 🤖 Create an Autopilot Automation

Save time by letting Digibate’s Autopilot feature generate and schedule content for you automatically.

  • ⚡ Choose which platforms to post on
  • 📝 Define the topics, frequency, and style
  • 🧠 Autopilot will generate relevant posts and add them directly to your Content Calendar
  • ✏️ You can edit, approve, or reschedule any autopilot post at any time

💡 This is perfect for maintaining a consistent presence, even when you’re busy.

7. 👥 Add Your Team Members

If you’re working with others, invite your team to collaborate directly inside Digibate:

  • 👤 Add team members under the Team section in the dashboard
  • ✍️ Assign roles and permissions to control what each member can access
  • 📅 Collaborate on campaigns, content creation, and scheduling seamlessly
